Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Enrollment Specialist is charged with keeping accurate records for past and current students. The Enrollment Specialist is also the first point of contact for most students entering the district. The Enrollment Specialist collects and disseminates enrollment information on all new and transfer students. The Enrollment Specialist coordinates the Residency and Financial Aid process for all affected families and students.
Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

Associate’s degree, and/or two years’ administrative assistant experience.

Experience in an education environment and/or business preferred.

Desire for continued professional development is essential.

Ability to develop and navigate databases using formulas and mathematical functions.

Ability to manage web-based programs including calendars, schedules, surveys, and the departmental website.

Ability to read, understand, and develop statistical reports.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, school codes and procedures, and data-based reports.
