We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and safety-focused Non-CDL Hotshot Driver to operate a company-provided Dodge Ram pickup with a 30-foot flatbed trailer.
This is an OTR position for someone who is comfortable spending extended periods on the road and wants a consistent driving opportunity.
Position Details
- Equipment: Dodge Ram pickup truck + 40' flatbed trailer
- License: Non-CDL
- Schedule: Approximately 3 weeks on the road
- Home Time: After completing the 3-week OTR rotation
- Loading/Unloading: Driver will NOT be responsible for loading or unloading freight
- Freight: General freight and non-hazardous loads
- Operating Area: OTR / Multi-state
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record and clean background
- Previous hotshot, towing, flatbed, or commercial driving experience preferred
- Must be comfortable operating a pickup truck with a 30' flatbed trailer
- Strong understanding of safe driving and trailer handling
- Reliable and dependable
- Professional communication skills
- Must be willing to stay on the road for approximately 3 weeks at a time
- Must be able to pass required company and DOT compliance checks
- Must maintain professional communication with dispatch and management
