Front of House Event StaffFor people who can carry three plates, read a room, and still laugh during chaos.
We’re looking for charismatic, hard-working humans to join our Front of House event team for a season filled with weddings, private dinners, open-fire feasts, farm gatherings, and beautifully unpredictable celebrations across the Berkshires and beyond.
This is not your average banquet hall gig.
One day you may be pouring natural wine in a candlelit barn.
The next, helping execute a 250-person wedding in a field while smoke rolls off live-fire grills and somebody’s aunt asks you where the bathrooms are for the seventh time.
We want people who:
- Move fast without looking frantic
- Actually enjoy taking care of people
- Can keep cool under pressure
- Appreciate good food, good music, and organized chaos
- Don’t melt in the rain, heat, mud, or occasional “this wasn’t on the timeline” moments
- Can carry trays without looking terrified
- Understand that hospitality is part service, part performance art
Responsibilities
- Guest service during weddings, private events, and catered gatherings
- Food running, bussing, table service, beverage service, and event setup/breakdown
- Assisting with event flow and guest experience
- Helping transform farms, barns, tents, museums, estates, and random fields into unforgettable events
- Being part of a tight-knit crew that works hard and has a damn good time doing it
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but personality matters more
- Weekend availability is a must
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts
- Professional but not robotic
- Team-first mentality
- People who can read the vibe and adapt quickly
Bonus Points If You:
- Know wine, cocktails, or coffee
- Have worked weddings or high-volume events
- Can tie an apron correctly on the first try
- Believe playlists matter
- Think fire-cooked food is superior (because it is)
The Perks
- Beautiful venues
- Incredible food
- Flexible scheduling
- A genuinely fun crew
- Good music, organized madness, and memorable nights
- The kind of work where every event feels different
This job is for people who like movement, energy, creativity, and making memorable experiences happen behind the scenes.
If you’re the type of person who thrives in controlled chaos and believes hospitality should feel human — we’d probably get along.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
