Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding operational updates and customer feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
- Perform route driving duties as required, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks when necessary, demonstrating teamwork and support.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by operational needs.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and sales transactions.
- Experience in route driving or commercial driving is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability in upselling products or services to enhance customer experience.
- A background in militarized environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
