Duties

Oversee and manage all areas of the store including sales, customer experience, quality, and overall growth.

Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment.

Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste

Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile register reports at the end of each shift

Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures

Coordinate staff schedules, conduct interviews for new hires, and participate in staff training & development programs

Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to sanitation standards while fostering a positive team atmosphere
Requirements

Proven management experience in a quick service restaurant setting with supervising responsibilities

Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking

Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

Demonstrate leadership in team management, training & development, and shift supervision

Previous experience in casual dining or restaurant management is highly desirable

Knowledge of kitchen management practices including food production, catering, barista or coffee experience is a plus
