Overview
Virtuosos Russian Music Academy is looking for a professional, mid-high level musician that will teach drums to students of all ages on a majority of private 1-on-1 basis.
Responsibilities
- Follow comprehensive VRMA curriculum plans that incorporate various musical styles, instruments, and teaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that motivate students and foster a love for music
- Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, discipline, and positive behavior management
- Provide personalized lessons to support individual student progress and address specific learning needs
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and showcases to celebrate student achievements and build confidence
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingl
