Summary/objective
The Material Operator monitors ensures each plastic injection molding machine has material to run for each 24-hour period according to the production schedule.
Essential functions

Ability to perform in a dynamic work environment with continuous walking, moving or handling of materials.

Monitors dryers

Must be organized and work efficiently

Must become proficient in the use of electric pallet jacks
- Must maintain 5S housekeeping requirements
- A Fostering an incident- free atmosphere by following EHS guidelines and adhering to safety protocols

Work environment
Manufacturing Facility
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have basic math skills including knowledge of ratio's for color and resin mixing
- Must be flexible with shifts
- Prior experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is preferred
- Must possess the skills and knowledge of creative problem solving, and be detail oriented
Physical Factors:
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Walking, stooping, bending and climbing
- Push/pull up to 300 lbs with or without assistance
- Lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
