Overview
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Front of House staff to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering excellent guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Pack and hand off takeout orders efficiently and correctly.
- Plate and present prepared food items according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Provide prompt and courteous resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
- Support other team members as needed to maintain service quality.
Requirements

Strong English communication skills (verbal required; written preferred).
- Previous customer service or FOH experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling cash.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
