Seeking energized and compassionate professionals with experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, or ABA Therapist to serve students in a dynamic per diem capacity. Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB is required
- Paraprofessional, ABA therapy, or behavioral health assistant experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the state’s IEP program welcomed
- Bilingual abilities are preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to fostering a caring, supportive, and inclusive environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support and ABA interventions to students across K–12 grade levels
- Implement and document individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education and support staff to facilitate students’ academic and behavioral goals
- Record and communicate progress, documenting observations and making recommendations for future strategies
- Support students in various classroom and school settings, promoting safe and positive behavior throughout the school day
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and IEP requirements
