MX Petroleum is looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our HomEnergy office in Saranac Lake.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns.
- Take customer orders for products we provide.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Provide information about accounts.
- Update accounts where necessary.
- Initiate billings.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Data entry & basic accounting related duties.
- Various other duties.
This position requires someone who is:
- Highly organized.
- Efficient.
- Detail-oriented.
- Friendly.
- Proficient with typing on both computer keyboard and calculator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
