We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-oriented Showroom Assistant to represent our brand image. You will welcome visiting clients, maintain the visual presentation of our showroom, and provide exceptional customer service to drive inquiries and fully support our sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome walk-in retail customers, designers, and scheduled appointments with warmth and professionalism, addressing initial product inquiries.
Communicate effectively with customers and assist them in loading cabinetry goods and materials safely into their vehicles.
Manage showroom appointments, answer phone calls, reply to client emails, and assist with order entry.
Maintain an organized and well-categorized sample library and coordinate sample shipments to clients.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or showroom environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.Strong aesthetic sense or a keen interest in design and visual merchandising is highly preferred.Basic computer literacy and proficiency in standard office software.
