Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Metrc & Testing Technician to join our team. As a Metrc & Testing Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate data tracking, compliance, and product quality throughout our cannabis production processes. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail while working with a passionate team to maintain the highest standards possible. This is a full-time position (40 hours), Monday to Friday. On-site training will be provided.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately input production data into tracking systems and software in a timely manner
- Maintain and update records for batches, inventory, and compliance reporting
- Assist with tracking metrics related to production, yields, and quality control
- Support product testing processes, including sample preparation and documentation
- Verify data accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with label generation and product tracking requirements
- Maintain organized digital and physical records in compliance with state regulations
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to accomplish daily operational tasks
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of applying
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check
- Must have a valid state ID
- METRC experience required
- Must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate before starting work
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure consistent quality

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
