Zen Roofing Company is looking for an experienced in-home sales professional who's ready to take the next step from top producer to leader. Someone hungry, entrepreneurial and looking to live life
If you've built a career selling roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, remodeling, or another home improvement product, and you're looking for the opportunity to help build a sales organization from the ground up, we should talk.

What You'll Do
Initially, you'll focus on what you do best, meeting homeowners, solving problems, and closing deals.
You'll receive qualified company-generated opportunities from our marketing team, but we expect our leaders to create additional business through networking, relationship building, referrals, and prospecting.
As you establish yourself, you'll help recruit, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals who share your work ethic and commitment to excellence.
This role is designed to grow into leadership.
