About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will serve as a key technical leader responsible for overseeing quality systems and operational excellence within a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all products meet rigorous industry standards while driving strategic quality initiatives across the facility.
Responsibilities-
Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians, utilizing coaching methodologies to ensure consistent performance and technical proficiency.

Maintain and optimize the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure full regulatory and operational compliance.

Execute comprehensive audit programs, including system and product audits, to identify opportunities for process refinement and risk mitigation.

Analyze quality KPIs to evaluate production capabilities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to address technical requirements and resolve quality-related inquiries.

Promote a plant-wide quality culture by engaging with production staff on the floor to drive accountability and process buy-in.

Review and approve inspection, sampling, and testing protocols to ensure product integrity from design to delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

Deep understanding of ISO 9001 standards and auditing methodologies.

Proven ability to manage nonconformities and drive root cause analysis.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical data to diverse stakeholders.

Engineering degree, specifically in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.

Direct experience in the wire and cable industry.

Professional certifications such as Six Sigma or ASQ.

Expertise in ASTM, UL, and ICEA industry standards.
