We are seeking experienced Cable Installation Technicians with hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and servicing coaxial cable and/or fiber optic systems. The ideal candidate has prior experience in cable installation, telecommunications, fiber optic installation, or residential/commercial service work and is comfortable working independently in the field while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Crew Leadership & Oversight: Supervise, schedule, and mentor field technicians and subcontractors across multiple daily job sites. Conduct regular site audits to enforce quality work and compliance with industry standards.
- Equipment & Inventory Control: Track and manage Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), fleet vehicles, specialized tools, and materials to minimize loss and optimize supply chain workflow.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and proper PPE compliance across all field teams. Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and investigate any incidents.
- Client & Contractor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for field inquiries from clients, inspectors, and general contractors.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in telecommunications installation/maintenance (wireless, fiber, coax, or structured cabling) or Bury Crew leader, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of RF, fiber optic cabling, coaxial distribution, CPE setup, or tower/cell site construction depending on field domain.
- Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and crew coordination. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and cut sheets.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and work at heights or in confined spaces if required.
- Valid driver's license required

- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
