We’re looking for experienced Wedding MCs to join our event team for weddings and celebrations throughout the Puget Sound. While we appreciate a legendary wedding toast, especially in our line of work, giving a great speech at your cousin’s wedding does not automatically make you an experienced public speaker.
Our MCs are confident hosts who understand that the job is not simply speaking into a microphone. You’re helping manage the flow of the reception, communicating with the couple and event team, reading the room, adjusting when timing changes, and making sure important moments feel natural rather than rushed.
Some events run exactly according to schedule - we remember those fondly. But a large part of this job is being able to think quickly and adapt to changes.
What Our Events Look Like
Our weekends take us to weddings and celebrations throughout the Greater Everett, Lynnwood, Seattle, and Puget Sound area. You’ll meet couples, families, photographers, coordinators, vendors, and a lot of guests while helping create moments people will remember for years. Most workplaces don’t have a dancing built into the schedule. We consider this an advantage.
Location: Greater Everett, Lynnwood, Seattle, and the Puget Sound Area
Schedule: Weekend events year-round with our busy season May thought October . Saturday availability is required; Friday and Sunday scheduling is flexible. __________________________________

You’re a Great Fit If You
- Know how to command a room while keeping the attention on the couple and their celebration
- Can read a crowd and adjust your delivery, timing, and energy naturally
- Are comfortable coordinating with photographers, planners, venue staff, and other event professionals
- Stay polished and composed when the wedding timeline changes unexpectedly
Things You Need to Have
- Previous wedding MC or comparable professional event-hosting experience
- Saturday availability — Friday and Sunday scheduling is flexible
- Your own personal vehicle — not a shared or borrowed vehicle
- Ability to travel to weddings and events throughout the Puget Sound area
