Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services for a Medicare-aged patient population in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Providers are given the time, support, and resources needed to deliver exceptional care while building meaningful patient relationships.
Ideal Background
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oklahoma (active and in good standing)
- Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Current BLS/ACLS Certification
- Comfortable managing medically complex senior populations with chronic conditions
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Passion for providing high-quality, relationship-based patient care
- Ability to travel locally between nearby clinic locations when needed
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing healthcare environment
