Overview
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly responsible, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate will anticipate the family's needs, coordinate household activities and service providers, manage errands and appointments, and ensure that the home and family routines run efficiently, and also be able to coordinate small private and business projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a high-profile or high-net-worth family.
- Experience coordinating household staff and multiple vendors.
- Experience with family logistics.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience booking travel arrangements
- Ability to organize private and business e-mails
- Ability to manage small private and business projects
