TOWN OF HOLWAY NOW HIRING: ROAD PATROLMAN
The Town of Holway is accepting resumes to fill a patrolman position. The patrolman performs a variety of routine and complex duties including grading, snowplowing, truck driving, brush cutting, operator level mechanical tasks and performing manual work.
Requirements: Preferred applicant would have experience working in equipment operation and a mechanical background. Applicant must be able to work on short notice and be available to work outside normal work hours including nights, weekend and holidays. They must also be able to interact positively with the public and Town Board. Enrolled in a class or have a CDL license within 60 days of employment, have a clean driving record, pass a Pre-Employment drug screen and participation in the drug testing program is required.
Benefits: Starting Wage $25 per hour, negotiable with experience. Structured flexible work schedule guarantees minimum of 40 hours per week, comp time given after 40 hours. Retirement, Insurance reimbursement , holiday pay, 40 hours of PTO after 60 days probationary period.
