Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through rigorous quality audits, inspections, and control processes. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits across production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform detailed quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collect and analyze data related to product defects, process deviations, and inspection results to identify trends and root causes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspections, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Support the development and maintenance of quality systems, including procedures, work instructions, and checklists.
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits conducted by regulatory bodies or clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on data analysis and inspection findings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, systems, and standards such as ISO 9001 or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes including quality audits, inspections, and non-conformance management.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify actionable insights.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and understanding of quality inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection tools, inspection software, or relevant digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with effective communication skills to document findings clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to uphold high-quality standards.
