Position Overview
We are hiring Car Wash Advisors—a key, customer-facing sales role responsible for delivering a premium experience and driving membership growth.
This is not just a service job—this is a sales position. You will educate customers on our services, recommend the best options, and confidently convert them into monthly members.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Educate customers on wash packages and membership options
- Confidently recommend and sell monthly memberships
- Deliver a high-end, fast, and friendly customer experience
- Assist with vehicle prep and overall site operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working around moving vehicles and wet conditions
