We have an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a large apartment community in Montgomery, AL.
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for property maintenance including but not limited to: curb appeal, maintenance service requests, apartment turnover, preventative maintenance, resident interaction/ retention, and support of other team members.
Job Functions:
- Perform maintenance, as required, to have apartments in a move-in condition.
- Perform maintenance service requests as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining all common grounds as required.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the performance of all maintenance as required in conjunction with the request of the Property Manager.
- Abide by all company policies and procedures
- Assist with on-call and after hour emergency maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues
- Ensure all common areas and amenities are clean and in good working order.
- Maintain overall curb appeal of community by assisting in the necessary repairs and clean-up.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the maintenance supervisor and property manager.
- Understand and adhere to Fair Housing laws.

- Most have commercial HVAC Experience
License:
