American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with robotic surgery experience for a hospital OR position covering all surgical specialties.

Hospital OR setting covering all surgical specialties with no dedicated specialty teams — all staff rotate across service lines
-
Specialties include ENT, Eye, Plastic, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Spine, Neuro, General, OB/GYN, and Urology
-
Heavy orthopedic volume including total joints, sports medicine, spine, and neurosurgery cases
-
Robotic surgery is utilized across multiple specialties (General, Colorectal, Urology, OB/GYN) using the da Vinci Xi Robot — 3 robots on site
-
4x10-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-
Call is on a rotation with 2 call teams during the week and 1 on weekends, approximately 1 weekend every 3–4 weeks

Any approved time off that falls on a call day must be covered by the employee arranging their own coverage

Minimum of 2 years of surgical technology experience

NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required

BLS certification required
-
Experience with robotic surgery, specifically the da Vinci Xi Robot, required

License required if applicable

2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
