As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll work inside retail locations helping customers explore AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, hitting goals, and building a long-term career.
No experience is required, we provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. Many of our leaders started as a Customer Service Associate.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Associate:
- Greet and assist customers in a retail environment
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Complete activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
- Stay up to date on promotions and product offerings
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Participate in daily training and coaching sessions
- Represent AT&T professionally as a Customer Service Associate
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Goal-driven and competitive mindset
- Comfortable working in a retail, customer-facing environment
- Reliable transportation to assigned location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
- Retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow into leadership
