Part-Time Special Education Supervisor

Assignment will be in the Joseph Badger Local School District
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Experience as a special education teacher.
-
Knowledge of special education and related services.
-
Ability to advise school district administrators, special education related services personnel, teachers and other personnel in problem solving, planning, development and continuous improvement.
-
Ability to provide leadership and direction relating to best practices that support data-based school improvement initiatives.
-
Demonstrated leadership within the profession.
-
Excellent organizational skills including the use of technology.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to work as part of a team.
-
Master's Degree.
-
Valid State of Ohio administrative certificate/license (supervisor, administrative specialist, principal, superintendent, etc.) or eligibility for licensure.

Valid State of Ohio intervention specialist or special education teaching license.
-
Successful BCII & FBI background checks.
