Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and confident in managing embroidery processes from setup to completion with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines with precision and care, ensuring optimal performance throughout production runs
- Accurately read and follow work orders to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Select appropriate backing materials based on garment type and design requirements
- Properly hoop garments to maintain alignment and quality standards
- Set up and operate embroidery machines efficiently
- Monitor production to minimize machine downtime and maximize output
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
