Fillmore Elementary School is seeking dedicated and caring Preschool Instructional Assistants to join our Community Preschool team for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidates will support classroom instruction, assist with small-group learning, and help create a positive, nurturing environment where our youngest learners can grow academically and socially.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting the classroom teacher with instruction and daily activities

Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development

Supervising students to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment

Helping prepare classroom materials and maintain organization

Collaborating with staff and families to support student success
Qualifications:

Experience working with young children preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to fostering a caring and inclusive classroom environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday during the school year
29 hours per week
