US Helicals is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Compliance & Safety Clerk to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or advance a career in construction safety, regulatory compliance, and operations.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the desire to grow into greater responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Track and maintain employee safety training records
- Manage Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation
- Assist with internal safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the Compliance, Safety, and Operations team with administrative and compliance-related tasks.
- Perform and document safety inspections for site, vehicles, tools, and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Experience with document management or compliance tracking
- Knowledge of prevailing wage, certified payroll, or IRA compliance is a plus
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
