Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: 1190 Waianuenue Ave, Hilo, HI 96720
Contract: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation
- Weekly Gross: $2,160
- Taxable Rate: $17/hour
- Non-Taxable: $1,480/week
- Estimated 13-Week Gross: $28,080
- Bonus: $250 Travel + $250 Contract extension bonus

- Varied schedule
- Includes weekends and holidays
- Candidate must be flexible with shifts
- No guarantee of specific hours or shift preference
Requirements
- Active Hawaii LPN License
- BLS certification
- COVID vaccination card
- 2 supervisor references from a recent facility
- Updated resume
- Last 4 digits of SSN
- Availability details/time off for the 13-week assignment
Compliance Requirements
- Background Verification (BGV)
- Drug Test (DT)
- Medical/Immunization records
- Additional facility-specific requirements as applicable
