Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Former permanent staff from this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is capped at 5 days if not on or near a holiday, and 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract; RTO during holiday periods must be spread out and consecutive holiday days will not be approved
