Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and customer support, managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, answering the phone, and assisting with daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment with impeccable customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service in person and over the phone
- Manage and coordinate detailed service schedules, working closely with drivers and operations staff with high attention to detail
- Present and explain company services to customers as needed
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and other forms of payment, including customer payouts, with accuracy and accountability
- Accurately perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records
- Process customer payments and manage collections in accordance with company procedures
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when managing schedules, customer requests, and specific client needs
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management
- Support additional office tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong hospitality and customer service mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
- Ability to build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers, including many returning and long-standing clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash and customer transactions with accuracy and accountability
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
