Responsibilities/Requirements

Greet and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Explain fully product performance, application and benefits with each customer.

Offer test drive to all prospective customers.

Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Have effective communication skills for face-to-face, phone and email correspondence to ensure the needs of customers.
