Line Cook – Steakhouse Full Service
AC’s Steakhouse Pub Hernando is currently looking for a line cook to join our award-winning team. We are currently looking for a cook interested in progressing within our company. Pay is based on experience in comparable (fine dining) operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare only the best quality dishes for our guests.
- Adhere to all established recipes.
- Work in accordance with all establish food safety guidelines.
- Perform cleaning and food preparation duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Job Requirements
- Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of different culinary stations preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate knife skills.
- Ability to follow and execute established recipes.
- Ability to adhere to all food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Ability to work as a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Available to work restaurant hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. (We do our best to establish regular schedules to improve quality of work / life balance)
- Must be able to work in a hot, loud environment, stand for long periods of time, and lift 25 -50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to properly communicate with different personality types.
- Commitment to only serving the best quality food possible.
- Must be passionate about the restaurant / culinary industry and demonstrate a desire to progress in this field.
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
