This is an administrative office role with potential sales opportunities for placing senior residents through incredible customer service. We are growing and need an organized, passionate person in this role. The Business Office Manager immediate supervisor is the Executive Director. This position will supervise the Concierge(s).
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include the organizing, maintenance, integrity and validity of all financial and human resource records. Serve as the community’s primary liaison with contracted PEO / ASO vendor. Address and resolve when possible, any resident concerns regarding billing, payments, etc.
- Payroll and Accounting responsibilities as well as HR documentation.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial reports from the financial software platform in a timely and accurate manner for the Executive Director and department managers to review.
- Hire, train and supervise concierge staff to deliver optimal customer service.
- Maintain lobby, reception area.
- Assist new residents with transitioning to life in our facility
- Assist all departments, including maintenance, when ordering supplies.
- Facilitate medication drop off and delivery to Wellness Director in a timely manner.
- Have a thorough understanding of services that the company offers and who to direct them to for more information.

- Have (or learn) a basic understanding of the MAPS program.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associates Degree or higher in Business Management, Finance or Accounting. Significant relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Five years experience in various bookkeeping or accounting positions.
- Experience with senior housing is preferred but not necessary.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite); QuickBooks or PointClickCare software a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
