Processing team members will assist with all aspects of the packaging process. This position will require an individual that is trustworthy, punctual, accountable, detail oriented and have reliable transportation. Applicants must be able to pass a state required background check. Below are the duties and responsibilities of the production team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capping of jars
- Filling and running the packaging machine
- Making compliance labels
- Applying compliance labels
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Operating the joint machine.
- Adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being rolled, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Tubbing and labeling joints
- Recording and disposing of cannabis waste
- Help in other departments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Cannabis industry experience a plus
- Must be organized, punctual and reliable
- Must be able to maintain drive and focus through repetitive tasks
- Must have reliable transportation
