Clean Freaks 405 is looking for a dependable Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our evening team. We clean commercial buildings throughout the City of Norman and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, pays attention to the details, and can be counted on to show up every scheduled shift.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, appreciates a structured routine, and likes leaving a space noticeably cleaner than they found it. While cleaning experience is always a plus, reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are even more important to us.
What You'll Do:
You'll help maintain clean, professional office environments by:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning glass, entry doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Dusting ledges, vents, and other surfaces
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
- Keeping janitorial areas organized and stocked
- Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs
- Completing assigned work within scheduled hours while meeting our quality standards

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and OSBI fingerprinting (full disclosure of prior charges is required during the hiring process)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive bending, reaching, walking, and standing throughout the shift
Schedule
Part-time | Monday-Friday
Evening shifts typically begin between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM and end between 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
Average weekly hours: 20-25.
Pay & Growth
Starting pay is $17.50 per hour. We believe great employees should have opportunities to grow, and raises and advancement are based on performance.
