We are looking for a full-time employee to handle used truck sales and service advising.

Job duties:
- Help customers purchase trucks, including arranging financing and completing sale & title paperwork.
- Answer questions about trucks, financing, trade-ins, and inventory
- Follow up with leads and previous customers
- Write repair orders, schedule service work & order parts.
- Explain recommended repairs and pricing to customers
- Communicate between customers, technicians, and management
- Keep customers updated while their vehicle is being serviced
- Handle paperwork and maintain accurate customer records
- Help keep the sales lot and customer areas organized
- Post vehicles online once they're ready for sale
- Process title transfers and registration using Webdealer & DLRdmv (Training on these systems will be provided)
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (We deal with many Hispanic clients, Spanish fluency is a requirement.)
- Must have basic knowledge about diesel trucks, we are willing to teach and educate you as long as you have the basics down and are able to retain the information you're taught.
- Must have general automotive knowledge
- Sales experience is not required, as long as you're good at talking and communicating with people.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers in both English & Spanish
- Must be dependable and show up on time.
- Must be comfortable using a computer and phone
- Must have a generally positive and motivated attitude.
- Must be able to work full-time. M-F 9-5/6, Saturday's occasionally.
- Must keep a generally clean and tidy work area, within reason.

Requirements regarding criminal history. Must not have any charges related to the following;
- Automotive related theft within recent years.
- Any charges related to violation of a minor/child and/or possesion of CP. Pedophiles of any kind need not apply.
- Repeated cases of violent crimes such as domestic violence, assault, etc. This job requires patience, if you are easily angered and unable to control your emotions and impulses then you will not be a good fit for this job and you will not enjoy it or last long here.
Pay:
$15-25 an hour, starting pay plus commission. Pay will depend on experience, skills, and automotive knowledge.
This position is best for someone who understands diesel trucks, works well with customers, and is willing to handle both sales and service responsibilities.
