What You'll Do
As a Trainee Sales Engineer, you'll learn how to:
- Understand our engineered product solutions and applications.
- Work with customers to identify technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers throughout North America.
- Prospect for new business through phone calls and proactive outreach.
- Prepare quotations and assist with project development.
- Manage customer opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and sales professionals.
- Grow into managing your own customer accounts and sales territory.
Travel & Customer Visits
One of the most rewarding parts of this role is getting out into the field.
You'll have opportunities to travel throughout North America alongside experienced team members, visiting manufacturing facilities across a wide range of industries. From food processing plants to automotive manufacturers and heavy industrial operations, you'll see firsthand how our customers operate, learn about their processes, and work directly with the people responsible for keeping their facilities running efficiently.

Compensation & Growth
We offer a competitive base salary with clearly defined opportunities for pay increases during your first year. As you achieve established learning milestones and performance goals, you'll become eligible for scheduled salary progression.
In addition to your base salary, you'll participate in an uncapped commission program. There are no artificial limits on your earning potential—your success is determined by the relationships you build, the opportunities you create, and the value you deliver to customers.
