About the Position
SCNW is seeking a School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you'll partner with school districts in Washington to provide high-quality psychological services through a combination of remote and periodic on-site support. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators and help ensure students receive the evaluations and services they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations through a combination of remote and periodic in-person services.
- Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, timely reports to support educational planning and student success.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, families, and administrators to develop recommendations and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide consultation and guidance to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with professional standards and district requirements.
- Utilize technology and digital assessment tools to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
- Travel periodically to partner school districts in Washington state for evaluations, observations, team meetings, and other on-site services.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in School Psychology or related field
- Active certification and state license in your state of residence and state of Washington.
- Reliable Wi-Fi/high-speed internet and computer with a webcam.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an educational setting, teletherapy.
