Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Former employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract

RTO requests during the holiday period must be spread out and will not be approved if consecutive days are requested around holidays
