We are looking for self-motivated fireproofing foremen to manage small, medium, and large fireproofing projects. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems, work with other trades, and repair equipment.
- Represent the company and weekly job meetings.
- Keep track of material and parts inventory on the jobsite. Order new parts and materials as needed. Manage the delivery of materials.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Participate in the hiring of other crew members.
- Supervise other crew members and subcontractors.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to read blue prints and understand where overspray cannot get on adjacent construction, i.e. exposed walls.
- Possess a 30 hour OSHA card or able to take course and pass the test.
- Ability to operate man lifts and telehandlers.
- Ability to mobilize a job.
