Boston Signs and Graphics is a leading sign company known for turning customer ideas into eye-catching, professional signage from concept through installation. We're growing our team and looking for a hands-on creative who can own a project from first sketch to final sign-off.
What You'll Do
- Meet with sales reps and customers to understand signage needs and translate them into design concepts
- Create sign designs and mockups using industry-standard graphic design software
- Manage multiple sign projects at once, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management software (e.g., Asana)
- Coordinate closely with sales, customers, and the production/fabrication team to keep projects on schedule
- Troubleshoot design or production issues and keep stakeholders updated throughout the project
- Ensure every sign meets brand, quality, and customer expectations before it goes out the door
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5-7 years of graphic design experience in the sign industry
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of project management principles and tools (Asana or similar)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Valid driver's license
