RN – Care Management | Boston, MA | $3,160/Week | 13-Week Travel Contract
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Care Management for a 13-week travel assignment at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA.
Pay Compensation:
- Weekly Gross Pay: $3,160
- Taxable Hourly Rate (W-2): $16/hour
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend (Housing, Meals & Incidentals): $2,520
- Overtime Rate: $105/hour
- Bonus: $250 Travel + $250 Contact Extension Bonus
Job Details:
- Duration: 13 Weeks (July 27, 2026 – October 24, 2026) with potential for extension
- Schedule: 4 x 10-Hour Day Shifts (40 Hours/Week)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
- Weekend Requirement: Every 6th weekend as needed
- No Major Holiday Requirement
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of acute inpatient Care Management/Case Management experience
- Strong knowledge of utilization management, InterQual screening, discharge planning, and care coordination
- EPIC experience preferred
- CCM certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient care, manage length of stay, perform utilization reviews, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, assess discharge needs, and ensure quality, cost-effective patient outcomes.
Note: Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and paid at the local rate.
