Lighthouse Storage is one of the fastest growing and BEST self-storage companies in Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to keep our properties in great shape, and to conduct weekly walk throughs across our storage facilities. You will have a set schedule and spend your days at specific locations completing weekly tasks.
Regular duties include:
- Weekly checks of our storage facilities using our storage software.
- Routine maintenance, repairs and cleaning of storage units
- Troubleshooting gates and Kiosk equipment
- Repairs to our roll-up doors, latches, tracks, and gates.
- General upkeep, trash pickup, window cleaning and weed spraying.
Candidates should be detail-orientated in order to keep accurate records. Maintenance experience is a plus, but we will provide training on our storage-specific troubleshooting and repairs. You’ll need to be able to lift objects up to 70 lbs.
Your travel will be in a 50-mile radius of Evansville, IN. We do provide a reliable company truck so you’ll need to have a clean driving record. Daily travel will range from 2 hours on one route to 20 minutes on another. You will be working alone most of the time. Some days, you’ll have other co-workers on specific jobs that require multiple people.
