Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following proper procedures
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurate
l- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines is a plus
