A growing company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple entities. This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and improving payroll systems and processes.
- Process and oversee payroll for multiple companies and employee groups.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, taxes, and union agreements.
- Manage payroll taxes, deductions, PTO, and employee records.
- Reconcile payroll, prepare reports, and support audits.
- Improve payroll systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on payroll matters.
- 4+ years of payroll experience, including management experience.
- High-volume, multi-company payroll experience required.
- Union payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, and payroll systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Bilingual in Eglish/Spanish.
