Shipping / Receiving / Customer Service Representative
Trask Performance is looking for a dependable, detail oriented, and customer-focused person to join our team in a hands-on Shipping / Receiving / Customer Service role.

What You’ll Do
- Process and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products and quantities
- Package products safely and accurately
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and track deliveries
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with orders, product questions, and general support
- Address warranty claims and customer service requests
- Enter and maintain order and shipping information
- Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized
- Work with the rest of the Trask Performance team to make sure customers receive excellent service
- Help with other day-to-day tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and professional customer-service skills
- Good computer and basic data-entry skills
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift and move packages as needed
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, automotive, motorsports, or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
