Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of team members of the third shift to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output, and support production activities.
Duties
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve team goals
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback
- Assist in training new team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Able to work on Sundays.
-Experience in food industry
- Experience in manufacturing industry desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $11.50 per hour
