Job Overview
The Systems Operator role is intended to support the communications team with daily operations in order to facilitate a seamless shift. They are responsible for utilizing online platforms to gather necessary information for coordinating transport services and enter relevant data into these platforms as needed. Additionally, the Systems Operator will serve as a call taker during peak periods or when other communication team members are occupied with other responsibilities.
Duties
· Gather emergency and non-emergency related information via phone and online platforms in a timely manner and ensure CAD Is updated appropriately
· Monitor online platforms and input required information per the platform’s requirements
· Build calls into CAD using patient demographics and transport information
· Maintain confidentiality regarding any patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations, as well as any sensitive company and employee information
· Maintain an elevated level of customer service
Additional Duties:
· Report requests for transport to communications team members to receive ETAs
· Answer phone calls when other communications team members are focused on other tasks
· Assist communications team members and Communications Manager with additional tasks as requested
· Attend meetings and work gatherings while on shift and off shift when necessary

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
