Responsibilities:
- Assist TECHs in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring proper stock levels
- Look up part numbers and specifications using automotive parts catalogs and software
- Coordinate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to source hard-to-find parts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts, counter sales, or a related role preferred
- Familiarity with automotive parts lookup systems and cataloging software
- Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and mechanical components
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and handle parts and packages up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
